Auto Repair For Dummies

Under inflated tires are never a good idea. When you drive, they cause extra friction between your vehicle and the road and you burn more gas. How about you see to better gas pressures in your tires all the time. Makes sense, doesn’t it?

Little practices you take for granted are actually the things that drastically increase your fuel consumption on a day to day basis. It does not get to be so bad all in one day, but if you took stock by the end of the month, you could be alarmed. You will do well to identify these things in a hurry and then plug them. You do need to save funds by saving gas.

You need to also consider a strong battery when trying to be economical with your car, one of the best and reliable battery chargers on the market is the leisure battery charger makers. They make incredible chargers for RV’s in particular.

Whatever your vehicle is not built for, you don’t want to do that with it. My dad always says ‘that’s a perfect example of how not to use a car,’ and I beg to agree with him now that I know better. You burn too much gas when you force the car to do things it is not meant to do. Kick that habit already.
