you really think some idiot driving around with his e-brake on didn’t cause his problem?
nothing to do with e brake just happend at the same time
sounds like you need your wheels balancing
hello i really need help on this one I have a 2001 Ford Mustang Coupe and I forgot to put down the E brakes when I was driving and now it makes a sound like it choking and it says “check engine”. Please Help
no problem if its a money thind i completely understand. They run about a 100-120 bucks a pair. if you cant do all four at the same time changed the front ones first. just keep it under 60 for now
thanks a lot for the help i know i gotta change the struts but as long as i stay off the freeway im just gonna have to wait and save the cash. thanks a lot for the advice
it sounds like the tires or mayby the rims are out of round that will cause a vibration at speed but that would be felt only in the wheel. you might have a case of “wheel hop” check the tire balence and test your struts( you probly no to push down on all four corners get the car moving up and down if it bounces more than twice replace your struts if it bounces 4 or more its a saftey hazard and could cause a blowout in extreme cases) let me no how the struts are
the whole effing car shakes . up and down ,up and down. it starts with the steering wheel and just increases if i keep going at 65. i tried it today and it happened again really bad. as soon as i slowed to 63 it stops
how interesting really ….wow
does the steering wheel or the hole car shake?
i hope someone can help me out i have a 88 nissan maxima 6 cylinder. it runs fine on the street but as soon as it reaches 65mph on the highway it starts shaking like crazy up and down really bad .i decrease to 64 and it stops.other times i have pushed it to 80mph and nothing goes wrong it runs smooth im totally lost anyone help!???please help me out
no, the cracks do not have anything to do with the strength of the belt. however they are a tell tale sign of the age/condition of the belt. if the material is old and hard, it could cause the belt to slip.
u must read this. once u have started there is no turning back. a little 10 year old girl was raped and murderded in 1945. her body was not found until 1947. then a boy last week read this and did not copy and paste this message. the dead girl appeared in his room haunting him and killed him. if you do not copy and paste this onto 10 vidoes in 30 minutes the dead girl will apear in your room tonight and haunt you and kill you. well you better start to copy and paste to be saved
thank
this is what i really need. that come in handle, this is good stuff
False, cracks alone do not call for the belt replacement. Read automotive technology manuals.
The cracks are just a minor cosmetic damage that does not sufficiently reduce the strength of the belt which has nylon threads inside of it.
In determening when to change a belt, consider milage, number of years inside the car, and the condition of the flat surface opposite of the groved surface.
Great site, we need a site like this on our new auto repair shop.
